The 2009 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 Review
Written by on March 28th, 2009The 2009 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 is a pinnacle of motorcycle engineering. The beast of a 1352cc engine has more than enough power than you would ever need. Everything about this bike is tighter, lighter, and sleeker than the 2008 model. Immense torque and higher mid-range energy bursts are the first things you notice over all the improvements when riding it.
The ergonomics of the ZX-14 are improved as well, giving the rider an even more comfortable ride. The new monocoque aluminum frame is lighter and stronger, while not protruding through the cowling.
The 2009 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 has a narrow engine and a less cramped riding position due to the change of fuel tank shape. The emissions are low and the noise is less due to the tightening regulations on both of these problems.
The ZX-14 has a Multi-function LCD display, next to the white faced dual analog speedometer, that indicates all of the bikes various levels and temps. Combine that feature with the programmable clutch and you have an incredibly complex speed demon.
The 2009 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 is definitely the premier sport bike that we’ve tested this year. It is one of the ultimate motorbikes of its kind. Lightweight and incredibly quick, it will be the envy of the neighborhood.
